The Law Office of Sauro & Alton PLLC extends its congratulations to partner Brenda M. Sauro on her admission to the Wisconsin State Bar. The State Bar of Wisconsin is a mandatory professional association for all attorneys holding a Wisconsin law license. Lawyers who wish to practice law in Wisconsin must go through the Board of Examiners (BBE). This Supreme Court appointed board “evaluates the skills, character, and fitness of lawyers.”
Ms. Sauro has been advocating for clients in the courtroom and in arbitration proceedings for over twenty years, having litigated numerous cases to a favorable mediated settlement, arbitration award or jury verdict. In addition to her admission to the Wisconsin State Bar, she is also admitted to the Minnesota, Colorado and Arizona Supreme Courts.
Sauro & Alton PLLC represents owners, condominium and townhome associations, insureds and businesses in legal matters including construction defect and warranty claims, insurance disputes, water intrusion and mold, contract disputes, real estate fraud and non-disclosure, mechanic’s liens, construction disputes, trials, arbitrations and appeals and general civil and complex commercial litigation in Minnesota, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
