After successfully overturning a flawed insurance appraisal award, Sauro and Alton filed a motion for attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with Plaintiff’s motion to vacate the appraisal award. The Court ruled in favor of Sauro and Alton’s client and awarded the insured all of its requested legal fees pursuant to Minn.
